What's good wit it? In the past few weeks, a buzz has been spewing in the streets at a pretty fast pace. On May 19, 2012 a memorable night was set in stone. Lil Skypp released his album Sophisticated Street Music. A mass of people were raving over this young talented artists and many can see why by the lyrics and choice of beats chosen to make your feet move and speakers bang.

For those who don't know who Lil Skypp is we are about to get you in the mix.

What it do Skypp, I see you out here hustlin' and grinding hard, the streets are loving you. For those who don't know about you let's take a deeper dive into the life of Skypp.

Foxx: So what type of material can we expect from you this year?

Skypp: I recently released an album titled: "Sophisticated Street Music". That's the music I've been pushing for the world to hear. That's my brand that I created!

Foxx:2. How did you get started?

Skypp: It started as a hobby and then I turned a hobby into a livin. That simple.

Foxx: 3. Tell me about your latest project and where can we the public find it?

Skypp: My latest project is "Sophisticated Street Music" and you can find it on iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, Rhapsody, ect.

Foxx: With the competition rising so heavily in the city, what sets you apart from the rest of the artists?

Skypp: I don't really believe in competition. I do my own thing and I'd help any artist make it cause I jus want to see success in the city. That's what sets me apart. I'm not selfish and I'm also original.

Foxx: Where does he see his generation heading in he next decade?

Skypp: I plan on bein world-wide in the next year. No doubt in my mind!

Foxx: What advice do you have for other upcoming artists?

Skypp: You got to be mentally ready. God will put you through thing just to prove to you that you're not ready. I was in front of Mike Epps and almost on his label but it didn't work out because I wasn't close to ready.

Foxx: What’s your favorite thing to do when you aren’t writing/producing/playing etc?

Skypp: I like to play basketball or just relax with my family. We rarely get to spend time together.

Foxx: Who are your musical inspirations?

Skypp: Boosie is an inspiration. He may be guilty and I can understand why people wouldn't agree wit me; But from a hood nigga's perspective he is a very positive person from his background and he motivates us to wanna keep going!

Foxx: Why did you start making music?

Skypp: I wrote great poems so I figured why not make music
