Today we're featuring one of the hottest upcoming artists from the city. Naptown's own Lil Billy from HFBT Who just put out the song that's buzzin round the city "OMG" Feat. So tell the people who is Lil Billy the artist?


Lil Billy , Mr. yes yes cuz ladies never tell me no, is the realest flyest hardworking dedicated self made artist doin music in Indanapolis right now. I'm one half of the group HFBT 


You have a hit single "Hustlin Fuckin and Trickin". I heard it for the first time on 
96.3 (Local Radio Station), How does it feel to hear your song you worked hard                 for playing on air?


It's surprising really seeing as i wasnt shootin for radio play i was just working n hustlin my music da best way i knew how and overshot my goal ..s/o @BSWIFT317  @Wreckk1and @CoachRedd for puttin me in the game





I know you've come a long way with your music, How did you know you wanted to begin a career in music and when did you get started?



I've been rappin forever .. really since about 2001 or so but I deceided to pursue music upon my realease from prison in 2010




What can the public expect from HFBT this year?


You can expect more music, more videos and more money being invested in our music. Hopefully, more money being made off my music, and of course more arrogant ish being talked. 







 I feel you and we definitely see you're on your way up to the top, I think I can speak for thousands around in the city, that you've already made an impact in the contribution to Naptown getting  put on major Circuits along with many more,  Who Influenced your style?




I can't say,l  Honestly I'm a meltin pot of every one from rappers to rock stars. I like to keep an open mind. 











Out the gate, That's good that you said that,  I get a lot of reviews and on it seems like a lot of people who really love music is gravitating towards underground music rather than mainstream music, Given the current state of the game what are your views of the competition around you?






I don't see competition, I see my startin' point and my finishin' point and how I'm going to work my ass off to get from one to the other 








Who Would like most like to work with on a project?                                                                                              




Kaz Lil Daddy, locally he's a genuis. He's with THC Music alongside Droman a T Eazy                                                       and Keezy. Mainstream would have to be Kanye West or Jeezy or Taylor Swift or BigSean

What is your favorite thing to do when your not doing music?



In my spare time I get high n talk shit.











 I be on the same shit, I ain't gonna' lie. Especially when it's time to work, 
And I know you been out here and people are showing you mad love. I know when I run into somebody that tells me they have my mix and I never met them, is a relief to know what the public thinks about your work,  How do you feel when your performing, somebody quotes your lyrics in front of you or you hear your song playing in someone's car?








 I feel great and sometimes not impressed because I knew I would be gettin' play like I do. I just didn't know how long it was goin' to take. I'm what the game's been missing locally n mainstream wise
